Shipping

All items should ship within 2 business days of order placement. Most items ship the same day. We will notify you of backorders within 2 business days. Your order may be shipped via US Priority Mail upon your request dependant on order size.
Expedited Shipping:
We are able to ship items Next Day Air or other expedited methods. The purchaser is responsible for the full cost of this method.
Freight for Consumers:
Your items will be shipped via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service depending on amount purchased with a flat fee of $10.00. Any lot $100.00 or more will qualify for free freight unless those items are 2' or longer fluorescents. Any shipment with 2' or longer fluorescents will qualify for free freight as long as $1250.00 is purchased (can be mixed merchandise). Otherwise, freight for fluorescents will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Freight charges vary but most are around $125.00 depending on the carrier (truck). RealLighting will choose the carrier to your location. If you have a preferred carrier or an account with a carrier, we would be happy to ship your merchandise under your account

Warranty:
Bulbs should last around the listed rated hours but may vary depending upon usage. RealLighting is not responsible for manufacturing defects. If your bulbs are defective, please contact us right away.
Cancellations:
We will try to comply as quickly as possible, however, due to our expedited shipping, we may not be able to comply.
Minimum Orders:
Any minimum orders will be identified within the page of the item. Case quantities are recommended for shipping fluorescent lights to reduce breakage.
Non-sufficient Funds:
A charge of $25.00 will be assessed on each check returned by the bank for "Non-Sufficient Funds" (NSF). Similarly, if you are paying by credit card, your order will not ship until the transaction has been processed.
Hours of Operation:
Our customer service staff is normally available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST. You may email us or fax us at 888-255-0048 at any time of the day.
Order Status:
We try to ship each order within 1-2 business days of receipt. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Any order received after 3:00 pm may not ship the same day.
Payment:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal for payment. Additionally, we will accept wire transfers, money orders, cashier's checks, business checks and personal checks. However, for these payment methods, your order may not be shipped until the check clears.
Returns:
If your order was damaged, please call us at 888-554-4485 or fax 888-255-0048 or email at email us. Please retain all of the original packing material, we may need it to process the claim. We will contact the shipper and send you a replacement promptly. Each order does have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you do not like the product, please contact us (at the numbers supplied above), we will provide you with an RGA number. Please pack the items, in their original boxes carefully and send them back to the address supplied in the RGA form. We will provide a refund to you in the same method in which the goods were purchased (credit card, check, etc.). Some items may not be returned, or may have an associated restocking fee, please call first to verify these items.
